Jessica Fleischer began baking competitively at a young age through the local 4-H program. Her interest in baking continued in Peace Corps as she learned and worked with women who use adobe ovens. She decided to study pastry when she returned.

Jessica is a Patisserie and Baking graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale Culinary Institute. There she received the highest honors, had perfect attendance and was inducted into the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society.
